Platform update (2026)
Welcome to the new WAMA
We have rebuilt WAMA from the ground up — not to replace how you work, but to make everyday use faster, search sharper, and the platform more dependable for your team. Your account is on this new environment now. Your data, workflows, and team setup are unchanged; what’s new is the engine underneath and a set of improvements you’ll notice in daily use.
What you need to do
- Open WAMA as you usually do (web or mobile).
- Sign in once with the same password you use today.
That one-time sign-in connects you to the new platform. After that, use WAMA as normal. If anything looks unfamiliar, reach out through wama.cloud/contact — we’re here to help.
What stays the same
- Your products, customers, orders, and settings
- The way your team uses sales, procurement, inventory, and reporting
- Your existing integrations and day-to-day processes
This is an upgrade to the platform you already rely on, not a new product with a steep learning curve.
What you will notice
Faster day-to-day use
Screens and lists should feel snappier. Navigation is smoother, especially when you move between products, orders, and customers during busy periods.
Smarter search
Finding products, orders, and customers should take seconds, not scrolling and guessing. Search has been rebuilt for speed and relevance, so the right result is easier to surface as your catalogue grows.
Greater stability
The new platform runs on up-to-date infrastructure and data handling. The goal is fewer slowdowns and interruptions — especially when several people are working at the same time.
More secure sign-in
We have refreshed how sessions and access are managed behind the scenes. You keep your familiar password; the system that protects your account is newer and aligned with current security practice.
AI purchase orders
Upload a PDF or photo of a supplier document and import purchase order lines automatically — less manual typing and fewer copy-paste mistakes.
New sales order print layout
Printed sales orders are clearer and easier to read. Roll printing now includes 80×297 mm, alongside existing formats your team may already use.
Why we rebuilt WAMA
WAMA has grown with your businesses for years. The previous generation of our stack was built for an earlier scale. Staying on it would have meant more patches and slower innovation.
The rebuild lets us:
- Ship improvements faster and with more confidence
- Keep performance predictable as data volume increases
- Invest in features like AI-assisted procurement and better search
- Maintain security and reliability to a standard we’re comfortable recommending long term
You don’t need to understand the technical migration to benefit from it. In plain terms: we replaced ageing core services — including how data is stored, how you sign in, and how search works — with modern equivalents so WAMA can serve you well for the years ahead.
Tips for your team
- Bookmark your usual WAMA URL; it doesn’t change.
- Allow a few minutes for the one-time sign-in if you haven’t done it yet.
- Mobile apps: update from the store if prompted, then sign in again when asked.
- Questions: wama.cloud/contact.
Questions we hear often
Will I lose data?
No. Migration moved your existing data onto the new platform; nothing was reset.
Do I need a new password?
No. Use the same password; sign in once to connect to the new environment.
Will integrations stop working?
We designed the upgrade so familiar workflows continue. If you use a specific integration and see an issue, contact us through wama.cloud/contact with your account name and we’ll help.
Why is search called out separately?
Search was one of the areas that benefited most from the rebuild. Many teams told us that finding products and orders quickly matters every day — so we treated it as a headline improvement.
Where can I get help?
Use wama.cloud/contact.
