Loyalty cards

Loyalty cards let you offer special prices at the POS when a customer presents a card number.

Section: Top menu Warehouse > Loyalty Card, or go to Loyalty Cards.

Create a loyalty card type

Before creating cards, create at least one Loyalty Card Type (for example “Gold” or “Standard”). Product prices can be configured per loyalty card type.

Create a loyalty card

Click Create a new Loyalty Card and fill in:

• Number — the code entered at the POS
• Type — the loyalty card type
• Points (optional)
• Expiry Date (optional)
• Customer (optional)
• Active or inactive status

Use at the POS

When creating a sales order in the POS:

1. Enter the Loyalty card number.
2. Click Apply.

If the card is active and not expired, matching products use the Loyalty card price configured for that card type.
