Dashboard and reports

The Android app includes the same analytics experience as the web app: a Dashboard home screen and a Reports screen for full tables and CSV export.

For KPI definitions, gross-profit cost rules, and filter behaviour, see the full web guide: Dashboard and reports.

Open Dashboard

On phones and tablets, open Dashboard from the navigation drawer (menu). Admin and standard user roles land on Dashboard by default when the app starts.

Choose a date range: Last 7 days, Today, Yesterday, or a custom range. Day boundaries follow the timezone set for the warehouse / point of sale (web Warehouse settings, or Android Settings > warehouse preferences). If no timezone is set, UTC is used.

Sales KPIs and rankings appear when the Sales orders module is active. Warehouse health, stock movements, low stock, and expiry alerts (when the expiry module is on) are always available for the current point of sale.

From Dashboard, use Open / Reports to jump to the Reports screen.

Reports

Open Reports from the navigation drawer, or from the Dashboard shortcut.

Choose a report type:

  • Sales (daily) — one row per day with order count, revenue, and gross profit
  • Employees — ranking by employee
  • Products — ranking by product

You can change the date range, optionally Compare to prior period, apply filters (employee, category, product, payment method, location), page through results, and Export CSV to share the file from your device.

Tip

Switching point of sale reloads Dashboard and Reports for the newly selected warehouse. Filters and results stay scoped to the current point of sale.
